Maximum number of CM_SLAC_PARM.REQ transmissions before matching fails. Each attempt waits one CM_SLAC_PARM.REQ timeout (~200 ms) for a CM_SLAC_PARM.CNF. The ISO 15118-3 norm value proved insufficient with some EVSEs in the field, so the default matches the legacy EvSlac behavior of retrying until the EVSE responds.
